Independent, unofficial guide: this app is not published by the City of Lyon. Every year the Festival of Lights draws millions of visitors into the streets of Lyon. Streets closed to traffic, metro stations with no entry, footbridges shut at set hours: without knowing it, it is easy to end up stuck in the wrong place at the wrong time. This app builds you a walking route from four questions: which evening you are coming, who with, how much time you have and where you set off from. It takes the real closures of each evening into account to plan a route around them, and warns you before they catch you out.
