Mafia (also known as Werewolf) with no host: everyone plays, and the phone narrates the game. And nobody closes their eyes. The town falls asleep — and the phone goes around the table and everyone has something to do at night — even the civilians. From the outside every move looks the same: same list, same gesture, same timer. So peeking is pointless and the lights can stay on. No host needed: the app deals the roles, runs the night, announces the morning, keeps the discussion timer and counts the raised hands.
