MAJORDOMY is the private workspace for the people who actually run the house: owners, family, and staff. Everyone sees the same work, who it is for, and whether it is done. Today is that shared list. Overdue work surfaces first, then what is due soon, later, parked, and done. Assign a person. Name who the work is for: a child, a room, the house. Add a checklist. Require a photo before it can be marked done. Comment, or leave a short voice note that is transcribed so the household can read it later. Shopping is a shared list that survives the store.
