Massweft: mzML Explorer

Massweft turns an iPhone or iPad into a focused mzML evidence bench. Import a run from Files, inspect what was actually decoded, and preserve a clear provenance trail without uploading laboratory data or creating an account. READ THE RUN - Keep a local library of imported mzML files. - Review file SHA-256, mzML version, declared and parsed spectrum counts, MS levels, polarity, representation, scan times, and parser notices. - Decode supported 32-bit and 64-bit floating-point arrays, including uncompressed and zlib-compressed content. TRACE THE SIGNAL - Inspect total ion current from declared TIC values or decoded intensity sums. - Build an extracted-ion trace from decoded MS1 values with an adjustable target m/z and symmetric ppm window. - Review timed-scan count, integrated area, and peak signal with the calculation visible on device.
