Matcha Shop Tycoon is a business simulation game. You start with $500, one whisk, and a shop nobody has heard of. Set your price, stock enough powder, and open for the day. A report tells you who came, who you served, and who walked away — then you do it again, smarter. THE DAILY LOOP Every day is one decision cycle. Buy powder on a market whose price moves daily, set the price of a cup, and open the shop. Charge at or under your fair price and reputation climbs; charge well over it and customers start walking. Run short on powder or seats and the line turns people away. Weekends bring a rush, and roughly a third of days throw an event at you — a heat wave, an influencer visit, a supplier spill, a viral post.
