Matthew & Mark: Learn Greek!

Matthew & Mark: Learn Greek is designed to help you move from recognising Greek words to actually recalling and reading them in context. Each passage is presented with an English line followed by the corresponding Greek line. The English acts as a cue: you see the meaning first, then immediately try to recognise or retrieve the Greek that expresses it. Over time, repeated exposure to this pattern can help strengthen vocabulary, phrase recognition, and reading fluency. Rather than constantly translating word by word, the aim is to help you become increasingly familiar with the Greek itself. If you get stuck, simply tap a Greek word to see its pronunciation, gloss, lemma, and grammatical form. You can also turn the English off when you are ready to test yourself more fully. Features include: • Complete Greek text of Matthew and Mark • English line followed by the corresponding Greek line…
