It holds the map, the record of what was found at each place, and the conversation about what to do next — and it keeps working when the network does not. BUILT FOR THE FIELD Responses happen where the infrastructure has failed. The operational area and its map are cached to each device before anyone drives out, so the map, the locations and the records stay available with no signal at all.
