Memory Meadow: WM Training

Memory Meadow is a quiet game for the part of you that holds things. Blooms open in a meadow, then tuck away behind the grass. A moment later, one peeks back out — and you say whether it is the same as before, or changed. That is the whole idea: a brief look, a short hold, and a simple answer. It is drawn from a real memory-science task called change detection, the same paradigm labs use to measure visual working-memory capacity. SEVEN WAYS TO PLAY Measured — the main game. A few blooms, then the meadow gently adapts to find how many you can hold at once, and reports it as your capacity score, K. Capacity check — the same task at fixed set sizes of 3, 4 and 6, for a clean, comparable reading. Casual — the whole scene returns and you simply say whether anything changed.
