Metron: Measured Nutrition

Metron measures what you eat and tells you where the day stands. PHOTOGRAPH, SCAN OR READ Point the camera at a plate, a barcode or a nutrition label. The AI names each food and estimates the portion; a reference nutrition database supplies the figures, and every item names its source. When a match is uncertain, Metron shows the confidence and asks you to check. Anything the database does not hold is marked as the model's estimate, or left blank — never passed off as a lookup. A BUDGET THAT FOLLOWS YOUR BODY Your daily budget starts from your height, weight, age and activity, and your goal: lose fat, maintain or build. Over the weeks it comes to rest on what your own weight trend actually did, and the app says how much of the number is yours yet.
