Milefold

Milefold records business mileage for staff whose companies manage trip approval and reimbursement. Milefold is a multi-tenant service available to companies and organizations of any size. It is not created for or restricted to a single company or closed partner group. Any company can request onboarding at milefold.vercel.app. Milefold then provisions its company workspace and first administrator; that administrator invites staff to create their own credentials and use the mobile app. Once signed in, staff can: • Start and stop GPS recording for a work trip. • Keep recording while the screen is locked or the app is in the background. • Save trip points on the phone when offline and sync them later. • Review the route, distance, duration, and start and end addresses. • Mark a trip as business or personal. • Add a purpose, manage vehicles, and submit a trip for review. • Enter a missed…
