Mineral - A Creative Practice

There is the life you’re living. And there is the life you can imagine. Between them are things we don’t always know how to see: resistance, old patterns, forgotten desires, recurring ideas, unfinished questions, and possibilities that keep asking for our attention. Each day offers one short immersive encounter: a voice guide, a question, and something to carry into your day. Listen. Notice what moves you. Name what comes. That’s the whole practice. Your reflections become field notes. Over time, Mineral begins to surface what keeps returning — recurring language, images, themes, and patterns across your own words.
