Misophonia Trigger Tamer 4

This a 2nd generation of Misophonia Trigger Tamer and lets you work on up to 4 trigger recordings at the same time, which is much better. The app lets your brain experience a very positive stimulus (music or other activity) while occasionally hearing small bits of triggers. It can play a trigger so short and quiet that it does not even trigger you. As you increase the volume and/or length (duration) of the trigger, you will begin to feel something physically, but minimal or no emotions. This experience can reduce your response to specific misophonia triggers. As your response slowly declines, you can slowly increase the length and volume of the trigger to maintain a tiny miso-response.
