MODA lets residents of Moda Homes follow a rent-to-own option they hold, and lets anyone explore what such an option would look like before they have one. WHAT HAS CHANGED SINCE THE PREVIOUS VERSION Our reply of 8 September 2026 said the app transmitted nothing and contained no wallet library. That described the version then under review. This version adds one feature that changes both: a resident can connect MetaMask to see their own option. 1. Connecting a wallet. On the My Options tab, a resident taps "Connect MetaMask". MetaMask opens, the resident approves, and MODA receives the wallet's public address. Connecting signs nothing and moves nothing. MODA then reads that wallet's option from a public blockchain record and shows the terms, the rewards earned, and the key dates. 2. What leaves the device.
