Movescore: Move Better

Movescore gives you one honest number for the day — 0 to 100 — and then tells you the single smallest thing that would move it. ONE NUMBER, AND WHAT MOVES IT Log a walk, a stand-up break, a stretch or a glass of water in about five seconds, and the score rebuilds in front of you: forty points for movement, twenty-five for how well you broke up the sitting, twenty for purposeful activity, fifteen for hydration. Tap the score and every point traces back to something you entered. THE NEXT CLIMB Instead of another chart, Movescore runs the scoring backwards to find the cheapest single action that would lift you into the next band, and says it in plain language — "an eight-minute walk gets you to 71" — with a button that logs exactly that.
