Nearplane Macro Stack

Nearplane makes a manual macro focus stack easier to prepare and finish. Enter the depth you want to cover, your intended aperture and magnification, and an overlap target. The app shows an estimated sharp band, a conservative rail move, an exact number of frames, and each indexed position from the nearest plane to the far edge. For a plan based on your own lens, photograph a depth scale and enter the sharp band you measured. The app recalculates every position. At the camera, mark exposures as you make them; your progress is saved locally, and you can undo a mark. Share a real multipage PDF field sheet with setup values, positions, and boxes for notes.
