Neighborhood Parcel Mailbox is the app for customers who rent a mailbox at Neighborhood Parcel in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. When a letter or package arrives for you, you know the same day — and you decide what happens to it, from anywhere. WHAT ARRIVED Every letter and package is booked in the day it reaches your box. You get an email and an alert in the app, and the Mailbox tab shows who it is from and how long we will hold it. FOUR CHOICES FOR ANY ITEM • Open and scan — we open it, scan every page, and email you the PDF. • Forward — we send it on to any address you give us, in the United States or abroad. • Will pick up — we set it aside at the counter for you to collect. • Discard / Secure Shred — we destroy it securely, with your written authorization.
