NewHomeCheck is an app for people buying a home in the UK. Enter a property's address, postcode or listing link, and the app creates a report on that home from public records, so you can decide whether to view it and what to offer. HOW TO USE THE APP 1. Sign in with Apple, Google or a 6-digit code sent to your email. 2. On the Home tab, type an address or postcode and pick it from the suggestions, then tap Get my buyer report. 3. Open the report to see the home's score, its verdict and the details below. 4. Find all your reports in the Reports tab, and use the Compare tab to put two homes side by side. CHECK A LISTING Tap Browse listings, or paste a link to a home for sale on a UK property website.
