KindHaven is a private studio for giving and receiving care. It is not a social network, not therapy, and not a public confession board. Start in the Haven with a three-step Warmth Ritual — body, thought, and one finishable act. Those answers stay on your device unless you later choose to write a letter. Each day brings a Kindness Quest: a short, specific practice such as sitting with a letter, holding a draft until it cools, or logging a kindness nobody will see. Write letters, not posts. You can release a letter now, hold it for a cooling hour, wait until later, or keep it only in your Ripple Ledger. Ledger-only letters are never published. Sit in small Care Circles gathered around a purpose — Night Watch, Grief Circle, Caregivers — instead of an open social feed.
