Noted Together

Help your family keep track of an aging parent's day-to-day changes and arrive at appointments with clear, dated notes. Noted Together gives you and your trusted relatives one private place to record what you noticed, add separate updates, and see what needs following up. KNOW WHO NOTICED WHAT Each note keeps its author, when it happened, and whether they saw it directly or heard it from someone else. Relatives can add their own account, context or correction alongside the original. PICK UP THE NEXT HANDOFF Review recent observations together. Give a follow-up an owner and a status so everyone can see the next step, including what is still open. BRING USEFUL NOTES TO AN APPOINTMENT Choose the observations and questions that matter. Review a PDF brief before sharing it, with the selected notes, authors and sources included. SHARE WITH PEOPLE YOU TRUST Create one private household for one…
