Notula: PDF Review Ledger

Notula turns PDF comments and markup into a review ledger you can finish and share. Import a PDF from Files and see supported comments, highlights, and marks organized by page and reviewer. Open each mark beside its source page, edit the note in your local ledger, add your own page notes, and mark work resolved. Search and filter the list, then preview and share a CSV or Markdown review file with every item and status. The original PDF is copied into Notula and remains unchanged. Review status, edits, and added notes stay on your device. The app starts with an empty library; an optional sample PDF lets you try the workflow. It works offline with no account, ads, subscription, tracking, analytics, cloud sync, or developer-server upload. One purchase unlocks the full app.
