NotYet — Pause & Decide

# Pause — Think Before You Enter You know that moment. You open an app without even thinking about it. Pause adds a few seconds between the impulse and the action. When you try to access an app you've chosen to block, Pause gives you a short moment to stop, reflect, and decide whether you really want to continue. ## A Different Kind of App Blocker Pause isn't designed to completely control what you can access. Instead, it creates a small moment of friction. A countdown begins. And as the seconds pass, the message changes. **10 seconds** "Wait a second." **7 seconds** "Do you really need to open this?" **5 seconds** "What were you hoping to find here?" **3 seconds** "Will this help with what you planned today?" **1 second** "Your choice." Then you can decide whether to continue. ## Make Your Pause Personal Choose the style that fits you. • Calm • Motivational • Funny • Direct With Pause…
