Odin Lost & Found

Odin Lost & Found is the staff application for airport and transit lost-property teams. It is used by agents working a counter at a specific station under a licensed operator account. It is not a consumer app and there is no public sign-up — access is provisioned by your station's administrator. WHAT AGENTS DO WITH IT Log a found item in seconds. Photograph the item, let the scan flow suggest a category, and record where it was found and where it is being stored. Take a lost-item report at the counter. Capture what the passenger lost, how to reach them, and how they would like it back. Review matches. Odin scores found items against open lost reports and puts the likely pairs in front of an agent, who confirms or rejects each one. A person always decides. Record the handover.
