Officially Assignor

Officially Assignor is the scheduling tool built for the people who run sports officiating — assignors and officiating associations who have to get the right official to the right game, every time. Build your schedule, assign your crew, and let officials accept, decline, or claim open games from their phone. Everyone stays in sync without the group texts and spreadsheets. FOR ASSIGNORS • Quick-add games with venue, teams, date/time, pay rate, and required officials • Assign officials to a game and manage the crew, with conflict warnings • Leave games open for officials to claim, with automatic backfill when someone drops • Review and approve membership requests and pending games • Manage your roster — roles, status, and availability at a glance FOR OFFICIALS • See your schedule and upcoming assignments • Accept or decline in one tap — declines can trigger a backfill so games get covered…
