Make room for what matters. Offzone helps you set boundaries around distracting apps for work, rest, time with people, and time for yourself. • Choose apps and websites with Apple's system picker. • Search for a place on the map, adjust its pin, or use your current location. • Set a schedule and repeat weekdays for your routines. Save rules and activate one at a time. • When you are ready, tap Start focus. Nearby detection helps identify the surrounding area; arriving alone does not start blocking. • Start a 15-, 25-, or 50-minute Quick focus session from the home screen without a saved place. • See your session's end time and use Restore access when you need to regain access.
