Omni Stocktake

Omni Stocktake is the companion app for companies that keep their fixed-asset register in Omni Asset Onboarding on Odoo. Counters use it every month to confirm that each asset still exists, sits where it should, and is in the recorded condition. MONTHLY CAMPAIGNS Each month your asset administrator opens a stocktake campaign for your company. The app lists every asset to be counted with its expected location and department, and shows progress as you go. SCAN THE QR LABEL Point the camera at an asset's QR label and the app opens the right line. No label? Search by code or name. RECORD THE RESULT WITH EVIDENCE Pick the status (present, not found, moved) and condition, note the location and department you observed, add a remark, and take an evidence photo.
