One Degree - Connect

One Degree - Connect keeps your sales and account management team connected to referral activity — without needing to log into a desktop system. Sign in with your existing work email — the app automatically routes you through your organization's secure sign-in, so there's no separate password to remember. REFERRALS See every referral for your organization in one live, searchable list. Filter by decision status, branch, or date range, and search by Referral ID, patient name, or case manager. Each referral shows its current status, case manager, referral source, and when it was last updated. Tap into any referral for full details, including a complete status history timeline and quick access to its message thread. MESSAGES Communicate directly with your intake team on any referral. Messages sync in real time with the same conversation your intake team sees on their end, so nothing gets…
