Operandi Logbook

How you did it last time. Operandi is a surgeon's own logbook for the operations you rarely do. Note the approach, the drill, the screw diameter, the cerclage, and what you would do differently. Logging one takes a moment before you leave theatre: the procedure is the only field you have to fill in. Next time you log the same one, your previous operation is already there, with the hardware you used and the note you left yourself.
