Orbi is a mental health companion designed for people living with a physical long-term condition (LTC). Living with a long-term condition brings challenges that go beyond physical symptoms, and Orbi was created to support your mind alongside your health. Orbi has been developed by experts at King’s College London and offers modules built for the realities of chronic illness. Each module combines cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and evidence-based tools to give you practical skills you can use every day to manage mood alongside your physical health.
