DAILY STEP QUESTS Each quest is one day of challenges, checked against your Apple Health step count minute by minute: • Daily total: reach a step goal any time today. • Timed walks: fit a burst of steps into a short window, like 250 steps in 5 minutes. • Repeated walks: several short walks spread through the day, with stars and a countdown to the next one.
