Your orthodontist often gives you a daily goal, such as "at least 20 hours a day," and how consistently you wear your aligners is often said to make a big difference in how treatment goes. But writing down and adding up wear time every day is hard for kids and parents alike. Just tap "Start" when you put them in and "Stop" when you take them out.
