OuraSync

OuraSync adds to what the Oura app already sends to Apple Health. The Oura app exports Active Energy, Heart Rate, Height, Mindful Minutes, Respiratory Rate, Sleep and its stages, Steps, Weight, Workouts and Workout Routes. OuraSync writes the readings that sit outside that set: resting heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen (SpO₂), body temperature, and VO₂ Max. It reads them from your own Oura account through Oura's official API and writes them on your iPhone. The data never passes through our servers. Apple Health then holds them next to data from your other sources. Use the Oura app for everything Oura provides.
