Paperbark helps practitioners keep client records, complete forms and write session notes. Keep records on your device. Mark body charts, adapt forms to your practice, reuse saved snippets, search notes, and create backups and exports. Complete intake together on your device. All features are free. You can use Paperbark without an account. Records and forms stay local and do not sync between devices. Optional usage and diagnostics are off by default. Turn them on in Settings to share anonymous feature counts, performance ranges and error categories. Client content is never included. Paperbark supports record keeping. It does not provide diagnosis or treatment advice.
