PARZERO Total Care

PARZERO Total Care is the member app for a prepaid health discount plan for households in Michigan. It is not insurance, and it is not a substitute for insurance. There is no policy, no coverage and no claim — members pay providers directly at member prices at the time of service. The app is free to download. Membership is a paid monthly subscription: $79 a month for a household of up to five people. WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP Enroll your household Create an account, add up to five people with their names and dates of birth, enter your address, and review everything before you submit. There are no health questions and nothing to be turned down for. You can close the app part-way through and pick up where you left off.
