PatrolDocs

Built by a working patrol sergeant who got tired of running out of the one form a victim needed. Most agencies have documents they’re legally required to get into a victim’s hands. Not all of them know it, and a stack of printed forms in a trunk doesn’t manage itself. An agency uploads and manages its own documents in one place, tagged by category, DV, elder abuse, sexual assault, and more, so the right resources surface fast on scene instead of getting buried in a binder nobody’s checked in months. No victim names or case narratives are ever collected. A case or evidence reference number is optional and agency-configured. What gets delivered is the same information an officer would already be handing someone on paper, just faster and more reliably. PatrolDocs is issued per agency. Officer accounts are provisioned by your department, not self-registered.
