YOUR FULFILMENT QUEUE Paid online orders line up oldest-first, the ones due soonest at the top. Claim one and it is yours to pick. You never see the customer's name or the order total. You see what to gather and where it is on the shelf. SCAN, SEAL, HAND OFF Scan each item's barcode to mark it picked. Items without a code you check off by hand.
