PDFChest

PDFChest is a local-first document cabinet for receipts, invoices, warranty cards, repair records, manuals, and PDFs. OCR runs on this iPhone. There is no account, no cloud, and no server-side processing. Scan paper documents with the camera, or import photos and PDFs from Photos. Review the detected type, title, merchant, amount, date, notes, category, return deadline, and warranty end date. Common receipt, invoice, and warranty keywords are recognized in English and Chinese. Group related records by product so a receipt, warranty card, repair note, and manual can stay together. Track return windows on receipts and invoices, and set warranty reminders with a lead time you choose. Reminders stay on this device and notification access is requested only when you turn them on.
