Pending Magic

Pending Magic replaces scattered DMs and payment app screenshots with one place to track a custom commission. Each order gets a link. It shows the current stage: accepted, in progress, paid, shipped. The maker updates it once; the client checks it without asking. That same link carries the signed agreement and the payment record for that commission, tied through Square. Shipping status updates on its own once a label goes out. No client account, no app download. The client opens the link to see the order. Built for custom, made-to-order craft work: jewelry, beadwork, leatherwork, and similar.
