Pillar: Medication Alarm

Pillar is a medication reminder built around one idea: the reminder has to actually reach you. Most pill reminders use ordinary notifications. Those get silenced by Focus, muted by Silent mode, and swiped away without a second thought. Pillar uses a system-level alarm instead — the same category of alert your Clock app uses — so a dose reminder behaves like an alarm, not a notification you can miss by accident.
