Pip Companion

Pip is the optional iPhone app for Pip, the accountability assistant that texts you about your goals. Use it when Pip asks you to prove you showed up. Connect the same phone number Pip already texts, then open a check-in link to take a live photo. Location is used only when a check-in needs to confirm you are at the right place. When In Use only, never in the background. You can also pick apps to shield during deep work. Pip uses on-device Screen Time controls on this iPhone so those apps stay blocked until you end the session. Pip never sees the names of the apps you pick. Pip in Messages still works without this app. There is no social feed and no photo library access.
