Place an egg at the top of your screen and go for a walk. The more you walk, the more it cracks. The egg sits in the small pill at the very top of your screen, cracking little by little until, one moment, it hatches on its own. No need to keep the app open or check on it. Whatever hatches stays in your Dex. Slots 001 to 151 are there from the start, and only the ones you've met fill in. The numbers on the empty slots tell you what's left. ■ Walk records While something is placed, see your steps, distance and time, and keep the walk in the Fitness app as a walking workout. You can turn this off in Settings. ■ Not just eggs Geodes and Mystery Boxes come your way too. Geodes hold evolution stones and fossils; boxes hold evolution tools.
