Pomme makes your health data available to your own AI agents so you can ask detailed questions about your own health and performance. Ask "how did I sleep this week?" in Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or anything else that speaks MCP, and the answer comes from your own numbers rather than a guess. ### HOW IT WORKS Setup runs once and takes a couple of minutes: sign in with Apple, agree to what gets shared, choose how far back to sync and then pick an agent to connect.
