Decide whose request to meet, what to postpone and how much trust you can afford to lose. MANAGE THE CONSEQUENCES Balance cash, trust and pressure. Use the Promise Ledger to fulfill or renegotiate promises and prioritize payments. At month end, divide limited management points between people, obligations and the office.
