Pousse

Reading is one of the best ways to learn a language. The problem is finding something you actually want to read. Most of what's out there is either graded and dull, or authentic and far too hard. Pousse fills the gap. Bring something you'd read anyway: a link, a PDF, or a text file from your phone. Pousse turns it into French, so you can read it in a calm, distraction-free reader. When a sentence slows you down, hold it. The English appears under your thumb. Let go, and the French comes straight back. Hold longer and you can go deeper: see the literal translation, and understand the sense and nuance behind it. • Bring your own reading: links, PDFs, TXT and Markdown files • Sample passages if you'd rather start straight away • Keep everything you import on your shelf • Sync across your devices • iPhone and iPad £2.99, one time.
