Pulse Studio HR

Pulse Studio supports your gym's group classes. The room TV shows effort in five zones, estimated calories and points. Use the app to get ready for class and review your results. Your gym needs to have Pulse Studio. During class, the heart rate monitor sends your heart rate to the room TV. IN YOUR LANGUAGE Choose Português or English in You → Account settings. Your language follows your account in the app and web dashboard. In the same section, choose light, dark or system appearance. Appearance is saved on your device. FOR MEMBERS • Reserve a heart rate monitor for the week's classes and follow the waitlist. • Check in with the TV's QR code or in the app and enter the monitor number. • Review points, estimated calories, heart rate, time in each zone and your position in each class.
