QuietOK: Safety Check-In

Your activity is the check-in. QuietOK is a simple reassurance app for people living alone and families who want a little peace of mind. It uses recent Apple Health step activity from your iPhone or Apple Watch to help confirm that you’re active, without requiring a daily manual check-in. HOW IT WORKS Set your Active Hours and choose how long QuietOK should wait without confirmed activity. If that time passes, QuietOK asks, “Everything OK?” and gives you a grace period to respond. Tap I’M OK to clear the check-in and reset your inactivity window. If you don’t respond, QuietOK can email the Trusted People you choose. Activity detected after a check-in starts may suppress the email if it reaches the server during the grace period, but you still need to tap I’M OK.
