RadRecon

RadRecon is a free, non-profit record-keeping tool for people who work with ionising radiation. It replaces paper notes and manually assembled survey reports with one organised logbook on your phone. SURVEY LOGGING Record gamma dose-rate measurements in the field together with location, measured value, distance from the source, instrument, photo and time. View points and routes on a map, measure distances between survey points and mark the position of the maximum reading. SOURCES Enter each radioactive source once, with its identifier, nuclide, original activity, production date and end of service life. Assign sources to measurement points with the distance valid at that point. RadRecon calculates the current activity and the expected dose rate, and compares the sum of all assigned sources with the value you measured.
