Razorbill is the staff helpdesk for ShedCloud. Work tickets for ERP, Threed, and Capital from your phone — same desk as the web, built for people who answer. This app is for invited staff only. Customers do not sign in here. They file from the ShedCloud Help & Support drawer, by email, or through the integration API. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Inbox — My desk, my companies, you, unassigned, and urgent. Open a thread and reply from the composer. • Board — Status columns, including Delete (soft). Restore brings a ticket back to Open. • Tables — Newest tickets first. Pull to refresh or tap Refresh. Search and filter the queue. • Ticket inspector — Assign, follow, change status, merge (type-ahead), and add notes. • Files — Photos and videos on the ticket. Image thumbs in the thread.
