Refactor: Reset & Rebuild

Refactor is a self-guided habit tracker for people who want to cut back on compulsive adult-content use. Refactor requires a subscription (monthly, annual, or lifetime) to unlock blocking, progress tracking, and the full recovery toolkit. Track a daily streak, log a pledge, ride out an urge with a short breathing exercise, and reset without losing lifetime progress. Optional on-device blocking can restrict adult sites and apps you choose. Filtering happens on your phone — Refactor does not see your browsing. You can start with a nickname and age. Linking Apple or Google is optional and only so you can recover progress. Refactor is not a medical device and does not provide medical or therapeutic advice. You must be 18 or older..
