Reflect: Screentime+

You know what you should do with your phone. You just don't want to do it right now. Reflect is a Screen Time app that takes your future-self's side over your late-night-self's. When you set a limit on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or anything else, that limit is a commitment. Not a suggestion. Asking to extend it doesn't give you the extension. It gives tomorrow-you a notification: "Yesterday at 11 PM, you wanted to extend Socials to 8 sessions. Approve or deny?" Tomorrow-you is rested. Tomorrow-you isn't in the moment of wanting. Tomorrow-you has to live with the decision. Most of the time, tomorrow-you denies. That's the whole product. One rule: loosening a limit is treated like the serious decision it is.
