Reklaim Life pauses the apps that pull you in, so your eyes and your day get a rest. Pick the apps. Set an interval. When time is up, a break screen takes over: look away for 20 seconds, or walk 50 steps to earn your way back. Then carry on. HOW IT WORKS • Breaks every 20 minutes, or 5, 10, 30, 60. You choose. • Timer breaks follow the 20 20 20 rule eye doctors recommend. • Walk breaks end after 25, 50, 100 or 200 steps. • Schedules turn apps off for part of the day: work hours, dinner, wind down, weekend mornings. • Break cards: a word in Spanish, French, German, Japanese or Korean, a fun fact, or a small nudge to call a friend or step outside. • Overrides: three free skips a month for the moments that matter. • Light and dark, black and white.
